Join our client's team as a Downstream Processing MSAT Process Expert through ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ! In this impactful role, you'll drive technology transfers and lead cross-functional teams to bring bioprocesses to life at manufacturing scale. Your expertise will ensure smooth transitions from development to production, with a strong focus on scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams for technology transfers and process implementation.
• Act as the interface between process donors and operations to ensure scalability.
• Communicate with customers during campaign phases, providing daily updates.
• Resolve process issues during manufacturing while adhering to regulations.
• Compile campaign reports and related documentation promptly.
• Manage material change requests and process-related deviations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development, especially in Mammalian Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP and bioprocess technology.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a structured and organized work approach.
• Open-minded, agile, and solution-oriented.
