ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ is seeking a skilled and motivated Form. Sci. to join our client's team for an exciting contract role. You'll focus on formulating oral delivery systems for chemically defined active ingredients. This position bridges early-stage formulation and full-scale GMP production.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, perform, and document scientific experiments related to formulation and process development for oral solid dosage forms.
  • Develop phase-appropriate formulations for capsules, film-coated tablets, or sachets.
  • Design and optimize efficient and robust manufacturing processes, including scale-up.
  • Support the transfer of processes and instructions to GMP production facilities, including troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the manufacture of clinical supplies under GMP conditions.
  • Utilize digital tools for experiment reporting, data handling, and visualization.
  • Provide raw data documentation, evaluate and interpret results, and propose next steps for experiments.
  • Contribute to infrastructure and equipment maintenance as well as investment projects.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, ethical, and environmental standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Background in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmaceutical technology, or a related field (e.g., MSc, BSc, or equivalent qualification).
  • Relevant industrial experience in pharmaceutical development of oral solid dosage forms, including formulation and process development.
  • Familiarity with GMP manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical technologies, unit operations, and functional excipients.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as e-Lab Notebooks, digital documentation, and data recording systems.
  • Experience in safe handling of chemicals and laboratory equipment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Basic presentation skills and ability to manage project timelines effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written); knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
