ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist/Associate to support clinical trials by preparing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements and budgets. This role involves working alongside with global teams to ensure compliance with legal and budgetary standards and providing guidance on contractual terms. You will play a key role in aligning investigator fees with fair market value and managing the contract amendment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the clinical teams in planning and controlling site/investigator contracts.
• Collaborate with global teams to review and analyze contractual terms and conditions.
• Assess legal and budget risks, partnering with stakeholders for guidance and resolution.
• Analyze investigator fees to ensure alignment with regional standards and pricing guidelines.
• Support negotiations for confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms, and other contract documents.
• Participate in developing site/investigator budgets aligned with fair market value.
• Manage the contract amendment lifecycle.
• Translate contract requests into appropriate contracts/budgets for clinical trial agreements.

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and assess legal and budget risks.
• Experience in managing contract lifecycles.
• Familiarity with fair market value pricing and regional standards.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
